What data we collect
Talent applications: name, stage name, age, country, email, contact channel, social profiles, experience, approximate audience size, optional approximate income, goals, availability and any free-text notes. Brand enquiries: name, company, role, work email, phone, company website, collaboration type, campaign details, markets, timing, budget range and rights requirements. All visitors: technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and referral source, and — with consent — analytics identifiers.
Why we use it
To assess and respond to applications and enquiries; to communicate with you about a possible working relationship; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases: your consent, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating the agency and preventing abuse.
What we never ask for through this site
We do not request intimate content, identity documents, bank details or financial statements through website forms. Do not submit them here. If a working relationship progresses, verification is handled through a secure channel.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, email and analytics — and with professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Where providers are located outside your country, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Applications and enquiries that do not progress are kept for up to 24 months so we can revisit them if circumstances change, then deleted. Data relating to an active or past contractual relationship is kept for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law.
Your rights

Confidentiality of talent data
Information provided by creators is treated as confidential. No profile, image, figure or statistic is published without explicit written authorisation, and authorisation can be withdrawn.
